Tolerancijos skatinimas

Problem

Tolerancijos stoka bei nepakantumas kitaip atrodantiems, mąstantiems, tikintiems kita religija ar propaguojantiems kitokį gyvenimo būdą yra didelė problema. Netolerancija ne tik skaldo visuomenę ir marginalizuoja tam tikras žmonių grupes, paversdama jas našta valstybei, bet ir kuria neigiamą socialinę atmosferą bei kenkia tarptautiniam Lietuvos įvaizdžiui. Siekdami skleisti tolerancijos ir pagarbos vieni kitiems idėją, bendradarbiausime su valstybinėmis institucijomis ir nevyriausybinėmis organizacijomis, vykdysime visuomenines akcijas bei kursime tolerancijos ugdymo ir diskriminacijos prevencijos programą Lietuvai. Projekto metu itin didelis dėmesys bus skiriamas neapykantos kalbai internetinėje erdvėje ir konkretiems veiksmams, kuriais su ja būtų galima kovoti. Mūsų tikslas yra atvira, dinamiška ir tolerantiška Lietuvos visuomenė.

Promoting the creation of an age-friendly work environment in Lithuania

The goal of the project is to create a national initiative that encourages Lithuanian employers to develop an age-friendly work environment, reduce ageism, and systematically include people aged 50+ in the labour market.
