Problem

Viešoji geležinkelių transporto infastruktūra turi užtikrinti pageidaujamą susisiekimą šalyje ir laisvą optimalų prekių judėjimą. Infrastruktūros projektai yra ilgalaikiai, jų kūrimas ir įgyvendinimas užima kelis metus ir atsiperkamumas skaičiuojamas dešimtimis metų, todėl sprendžiant, kokie projektai turėtų būti vystomi, yra svarbu vertinti infrastruktūros kokybės poreikį ilgalaikėje perspektyvoje.

Mano trečiosios rotacijos projekto tikslas – išgryninti kriterijus, kurie identifikuotų Lietuvai aktualius geležinkelių transporto infrastruktūros sprendimus keleivių ir krovinių vežimo bei aplinkos ir eismo saugos klausimais.
