Konsorciumo “Biobank-LT” įveiklinimas

5 January 2014 - 30 April 2014

Problem

Atsižvelgiant į kitų šalių patirtį ir tendencijas, biobankus siūloma kurti atviro tinklo principu, kooperuojantis sveikatos priežiūros, mokslo ir studijų institucijomis, nustatant bendrus standartus biologinių išteklių laikymui, numatant skaidrią ir aiškiais principais grįstą prieigą mokslo bendruomenei.

Pirmos rotacijos metu JPP „Kurk Lietuvai“ dalyvis sukūrė biobanko valdymo modelį, kuris buvo pradėtas įgyvendinti Santaros slėnyje esančiose medicinos įstaigose. Vykdant šį projektą, suinteresuotos šalys – Vilniaus universiteto ligoninė Santariškių klinikos, biotechnologijų vystymu užsiimanti verslo kompanija bei pacientų organizacija – pasirašė jungtinės veiklos sutartį, kurios pagrindu buvo sukurtas konsorciumas „Biobank-LT“.

Tęsiant veiklą, mes tikimės toliau plėsti konsorciumą, įtraukiant naujus dalyvius, tapti Lietuvos mokslo tiriamąja infrastruktūra bei toliau tęsti integravimąsi į tarptautinius biobankų tinklus.
