Motivation

I have been following this program for several years and I have always admired professionals who are willing to apply their knowledge and skills from foreign experiences in various projects, promoting significant changes here in Lithuania. After returning from my master’s studies in Australia, I thought I was ready to be one of those change makers myself. I have always wanted to help others and I try to cultivate that not only in the work environment, but also by volunteering and deepening my knowledge in various fields. After all the international experiences and travels, it’s great to come back home and contribute to meaningful changes for the good of your country. I am interested in the topics of culture, education, sustainability and economy and their interaction at the state level. Participation in the “Create Lithuania” program provides an opportunity not only to be a part of the public sector, but also fosters a chance to be surrounded by inspiring young professionals who passionately connect innovation, business, society and important topics, helping Lithuania to grow and prosper successfully.
