Motivation
I am inspired by the role “Create Lithuania” plays in making a change at both national and community levels. In the past four years I have been involved in social science research and have contributed to a pan–European demographic data infrastructure (the Generations and Gender Programme). Throughout that time I have developed an ability to strike a balance between research and its application in policy making. I am a strong believer that data can empower the public service, sustainable communities and cutting–edge businesses.
