Experience

• 10 years of experience working in the higher education sector both in Lithuania (Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine) and the United Kingdom as a Psychology Laboratory Manager (Queen Mary University of London)

Motivation

After 7 years spent in the United Kingdom I realised I want to go back to Lithuania. Topics related to human rights, social justice, and the general well–being of people are extremely important to me. I had the hope that upon my return, I could contribute to the creation of that well–being by applying the skills and knowledge gained abroad. After discovering the Create Lithuania programme, I realised this is the perfect place to do exactly that – to initiate and implement real changes in the Lithuanian social landscape through work in the public sector.
