Motivation
I am Organizational Psychologist by calling. I say this, because I felt at an early stage of my professional journey that human studies and organizational development are the two subjects that interest me the most. And as you may have guessed, organizational psychology links these two areas of interest, allowing to solve workplace issues with a help of the science of psychology.
What I know in this field today, I learnt while studying in Vilnius, Istanbul and London and working in public and private sectors. Career moment, that I feel the most proud to date, is working at the Judicial Appointments Commission in England on improving how candidates for judicial office are being assessed and selected.
However, when working abroad, I often were here, in Lithuania, in my thoughts. Thus, I am grateful to the project and it’s partners for the trust and opportunity to create for my home–country.
