Motivation
When I was at school, I always felt the need to see and experience how people live, work and create abroad. This desire led me to study in England and the Netherlands.
During my years abroad, I gained experience. When I graduated, I realised that I needed to make sense of it all – to contribute to the creation of a progressive and global Lithuania. The Create Lithuania programme provided the ideal conditions for this – dynamic, challenging work, continuous learning and motivated colleagues. Most importantly, after graduating from the programme, I still want to live and create for Lithuania.
