Motivation

I have asked myself a question, if I did not come back now, would I ever? The answer was clear to me, and I had no second thoughts about participating in the programme. YPP ‘Create Lithuania’ is a great opportunity to come back to Lithuania, contribute to its growth, modernize the public sector and make its processes more effective. Moreover, since the gain is mutual, the programme allows to develop professionally and provides invaluable opportunities contributing to the projects of national importance. Also, it is an opportunity to grow, be inspired by like–minded people and create an invaluable professional network. It is the chance for our generation ‘Y’ to initiate changes and apply the best foreign practises and knowledge. The changes come only by hard work while making conscious and consistent decisions – here the programme ‘Create Lithuania’ is at the core of these changes.
