Motivation
In society, people are often categorised. In my opinion, there are no good or bad people – there are people who have achieved more or less. Categorising people is a scourge of society that needs to be addressed. We often get the situation wrong: we trust the popular press, we fail to distinguish between emotions and facts, we have an old–fashioned mentality. This becomes a reason to protest and not to engage in more meaningful work.
My strength in successfully applying best practices and contributing to the well–being of Lithuania is the understanding that people are fundamentally equal. My ability to get along in every situation will be my priority and my advantage. Every public figure is first and foremost a human being, and maintaining the right tone, level of positivity and human flexibility can help achieve good results. I also have the qualities of a diplomatic leader. I have studied several disciplines and worked in several countries. I had and have the courage and determination to change, so I can initiate change.
