Motivation
I was delighted to hear about the launch of this programme, which offers a great opportunity for young people who have been fully educated abroad to experience the internal dynamics of as many as three institutions over the course of a year, and to apply their knowledge and best practices to work on key public sector projects.
Four years ago, when I left for my studies, I promised myself to return and contribute to the future of Lithuania through my work. Participating in this programme is not only an opportunity for me to start keeping my promise, but also a great challenge for myself. I am confident that my knowledge, experience, motivation and personal qualities will contribute to the success of the programme.
