Motivation
The Create Lithuania programme encourages its participants to become active citizens and to take responsibility for creating a modern country for future generations by applying the experience gained abroad. I came back to use my determination and enthusiasm to drive positive change and contribute to the implementation of effective measures in the public sector. We are a young and driven country, and it is important that each of us contributes to the growth and shaping of the country. “For me, Create Lithuania is the first step towards achieving my goals. This programme provides the strongest foundation for further activities in Lithuania to modernise the country. Having gained experience in the Scottish Police, I am returning with the hope that my vocation to serve society will be realised in Lithuania. This time, I am determined to join the team of Lithuania’s creators and shape our country together, thanks to “Create Lithuania”.
