Motivation
Studies, trips, international forums and projects have given us the opportunity not only to gain knowledge and experience, but also to see models of social life that really work. It helped to form a personal critical opinion about the socio–political system and its processes, and to have a basis for assessing the current situation in Lithuania. I have always wanted to strive for objectivity in any situation and to make it “as it should be” – fairer and better.
“The Create for Lithuania programme makes it possible to put this principle into practice. It is openness to ideas and innovative solutions, interdisciplinarity, a professional approach to self–realisation and the creation of concrete added value not for a narrow interest group, but for the largest possible part of society. Motivation is especially enhanced by the feeling that you are communicating and working with a part of the country that wants and knows how to build Lithuania.
