Motivation
A few years ago, I had every opportunity to follow the example of many friends and spread my wings to foreign universities, but I didn’t do it. Most ask, “Why did you stay?” Don’t you regret it?”. My answer is always the same – “no”. I always knew that I would be able to leave, and with clearly defined goals and a lot of desire, I can achieve everything without leaving the borders of my homeland. Another incentive to stay was the opportunity, with good academic achievements, to pursue a double degree at one of the best business schools in Norway, which I took advantage of.
Studying in Lithuania and abroad and working in many well–known international companies opened up opportunities to communicate with company managers and specialists from Central European and Scandinavian countries, which allowed me to gain invaluable experience and accumulate a considerable amount of knowledge.
Today, the “Kurk Lietuvai” project motivates me by the fact that by participating in this program, all the knowledge and skills I have accumulated will allow me to contribute to the creation of a better Lithuania, and I will always have colleagues and friends who are equally ambitious and want to work for the sake of the homeland.
