Motivation
Over the past years, while working in community development and management, I have gained strong experience in bringing together diverse ecosystem participants – from startups to investors and institutions. My daily responsibilities – ranging from community building, member engagement, and event organization to scouting innovative startups and developing the ecosystem – have strengthened my ability to create long-term relationships, enable collaboration, and respond to the needs of different groups.
For me, Create Lithuania is an opportunity to direct my experience in community building and innovation promotion towards the public sector, and to apply this experience in addressing one of the most pressing issues in our society – how to turn the challenges of an aging population into opportunities. I believe that my background in community building, innovation attraction, and cross-sector partnerships can serve as a valuable foundation in shaping the future of the Silver Economy, where innovation contributes to the quality of life, inclusion, and active participation of older people.
