Motivation

Fast and luxurious cars, unrestricted motorway speeds, and an economic dictatorship over Europe, if not the whole world. That is what I would have said 7 years ago if someone had asked me about Germany. When I left Lithuania to study there, I had a big dream – to one day meet one of the most powerful women in the world, Angela Merkel. Working in the German Parliament (Bundestag), I realised this dream. Today, I have new dreams and aspirations. What made you want to return home? A great love for Lithuania and the desire to grow and develop with it. For me, the Create Lithuania programme is a unique opportunity to contribute with my knowledge, experience and work to the efficiency of public sector institutions and, at the same time, to the modernisation of the whole country.
