Motivation

I am of the opinion that “communication is the key to personal and career success”. That’s why I came to this program – not just to talk, but to communicate new ideas, in cooperation with other young, innovative, creative and active people, to create for Lithuania. I hope that all good ideas and words will turn into reuslts – both in improving the activities of Lithuanian state institutions and in promoting the international assimilation of good foreign practices and their effective use. Not only by eliminating shortcomings, but also by observing the creation of new, innovative and efficient systems and models in various areas of the public sector (for example, related to security policy, which I am particularly interested in). I am sure that with my enthusiasm, knowledge and responsibility for work, I perfectly complement our team and contribute to the success of the program.
