Motivation

Working on the ‘Create Lithuania’ project has attracted me as an opportunity to align my work with my core values. I hold a deep concern for justice, democratic values, and civic spirit. In today’s world, with pressing global challenges such as climate change, wars, and pandemics, the need for communities to unite is more significant than ever. I firmly believe that as a society, we possess the capacity for dialogue and collective action. ‘Create Lithuania’ provides me with the opportunities and tools needed to craft solutions for complex issues, requiring us to identify common ground, collaborate consciously, and act collectively.
