Motivation
I never imagined my long term future abroad, but when the number of years spent living in Lithuania got outnumbered by those spent living outside it, I did start wondering what coming back would really ‘work’ like.
Therefore I am very happy that “Create Lithuania” and I met here and now – at this historical point in time when Lithuania is keen to surpass itself and others, and also a special moment for me personally – when I’ve finally decided to try out the dream of stepping outside my architectural career to work with the wider improvement of urban environment, with more strategic changes.
I hope that the experience I have gained working in complex teams on challenging, ambitious architectural projects will serve me well on this first Lithuanian adventure of mine, and there will be many more adventures like this to follow.
