Motivation
I am fond of social entrepreneurship, modernization of education system and non–formal education; youth and women empowerment; crisis and conflict management; immigration and immigrant integration; facilitation and implementation of creative workshops;
Since I was a child I was very keen on new cultures, languages and people – this is the reason why I moved abroad right after I graduated from high school. I believe that living abroad for six year helped me grow, develop and broaden my horizons as well as get to know the success of well developed countries which made me a more flexible and culture–sensitive person. In the past years I was privileged to study at several educational institutions, have hand–on experience in the public and private sectors, learn from the world leaders in the international organisations such as IAEA, OSCE, UPF, TEDx and AIESEC and live in a number of the biggest multicultural cities in the world. I feel that the time has come to share the best practices and gathered experiences with my fellow friends in Lithuania.
