Motivation
You always want to have what you don’t have. Therefore, living in the most exotic corners of the world makes you think about what you want to have, where to be, and what to do. The last five years spent in Indonesia and Australia not only allowed me to get to know new cultures, people, their life rhythms and priorities, to make wonderful friendships, to obtain a scientific degree, to promote the name of Lithuania in all formats, but also to better understand who I am (both personally and professionally ) and where I want to go next. And then, after all, I wanted to go back to Lithuania.
Returning and adapting to Lithuania again was a challenge. However, I believe in the “law of attraction”. People attract opportunities with their experiences, values and motivation, which opens the door to new challenges and jobs. Being a part of the “Create Lithuania ” program is not only an honour but also a great responsibility in contributing to a better future for Lithuania.
