Motivation
I am convinced that everyone in Lithuania can achieve a lot. It depends on our ambition, critical thinking, abilities and willingness to create a bright future for Lithuania ourselves. If something hurts in our country, we need to come and treat it. I am in pain, that is why I came.
I came with a prescription to bring more critical thinking and a sense of responsibility to the public sector, which I have no doubt will in the long run bring tangible results to the country through improved lives for every citizen.
I want us in the public sector to start thinking about how to find and tackle the root of the problem, rather than fighting the ordinary consequences of the problem.
I will use all the skills I have to bring about the effective change I expect in the public sector.
