Motivation

The project “Kurk Lietuvai” became a strong incentive and reason for me to return to Lithuania this year after several years spent in foreign markets, accumulating academic knowledge and professional experience. This program is of great interest to me because of the special opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of my home country, increasing competitiveness and making the public sector more efficient. Creating value through the work performed, working together with an ambitious and creative team and implementing positive changes, thinking broadly and innovatively, are one of my main values in my professional activities, which I also discovered in the “Kurk Lietuvai” project.

Since 2011, I have been interested in business and improving its environment. Work at PwC in the field of financial audit and active participation in business development projects in Lithuania allowed me to get to know the environment, opportunities and needs of various businesses in Lithuania better. I gained additional experience in this field in social business development and entrepreneurship promotion projects in China, Japan, Russia, USA, and I gained academic knowledge in the field of international business and its development during my master’s studies in Denmark. I see business and the effectively formed environment for its development as a strong basis for economic growth and the development of the country, therefore, with great motivation, I seek to invest the accumulated and expand the available knowledge and experience for the improvement of the investment environment in Lithuania.

I believe that working together and moving forward, small daily changes have a huge impact on the future. I believe that the “Kurk Lietuvai” project is a challenging, meaningful and very interesting work and I should admit that I am more than ever ready to meet this challenge with a big smile, creative ideas and enthusiasm to act and pay tribute to the country where I grew up.
