Motivation
My choice to pursue a political–social career was mainly influenced by my family. Both my parents were active Sąjūdis members, and remained active in political and social activities after Independence. Therefore, I have always wanted to follow in my parents’ footsteps and pursue the highest goals. Before I left to pursue my higher education abroad, I pledged to bring all the knowledge and experience I had accumulated and apply it in my homeland. The Young Professionals Programme “Create for Lithuania” offers a wide range of opportunities to get to know Lithuania’s political, economic and legal systems up close and to meet like–minded people who are also eager to make a difference in Lithuania and in the world in a positive direction. This is why “Create Lithuania” is a great opportunity to keep your promise to yourself.
In my spare time, I am active in sports, artistic/portrait photography and political philosophy. I like cooking, especially Italian cuisine.
