Motivation
I never thought that it was necessary to go out into the world in search of happiness. Living in Lithuania was very good, but when I finished school, I realized that I don’t even have anything to compare it to. I decided that studies are a great opportunity to live abroad – not because studying here would have been bad for me, but because in a free country I can, and because it allowed me to understand where I want to see myself when I grow up, without the influence of others.
This is how I studied and gained professional experience in the field of biotechnology in the United Kingdom. Already during my studies, I found my place in the broad biotechnology industry in production and development of the production process. Because there, someone’s idea in a small laboratory turns into a product that is accessible to the public and often changes the quality of life. And there is an eternal dispute between what we want and what we can achieve with the resources we have. I believe that the skills and experience I have will help to contribute to the creation of change in Lithuania, which I am already convinced is doing very well.
