Experience
- Three years of experience in Amsterdam at an international leadership and executive search consultancy, working with international and regional NGOs, as well as multilateral and social and civic society organizations.

Motivation
While studying social sciences and working in the NGO sector, I have gained a deeper understanding of social issues such as inequality, exclusion, and discrimination, learning from inspiring individuals who dedicate their daily work to researching or combating these challenges. I came to understand that too often we are left addressing the symptoms instead of creating a long-term vision for a better future in the present. I believe that the Create Lithuania programme offers an opportunity to contribute to shaping and implementing such a vision within the public sector. It is important to me to strengthen a society based on equality, diversity, respect, and tolerance. Therefore, I hope that the knowledge and international experience I have gained can contribute to real and meaningful change in Lithuania.
