Motivation
When I went abroad to study, I assured my friends, relatives and myself that I would return to Lithuania after gaining knowledge and experience. I don’t know how much people around me, and perhaps I myself, believed it at the time, but as time went by, my doubts diminished. Four years spent in a multi–ethnic student environment allowed me to get to know people from many different countries around the world, to hear their troubles and joys. I also never missed an opportunity to introduce them to Lithuania, its opportunities and challenges. Those who are familiar with Lithuania see it as an ambitious young country. It is this characteristic that led me to come back and build for Lithuania. I see the opportunity to contribute to building Lithuania as a strong and progressive country as a great opportunity to use the knowledge I have acquired and to gain invaluable experience. I believe that my further development and the realisation of my career goals will be most fruitful where I am surrounded by ambitious peers, undiscovered opportunities and provocative challenges. In this respect, Lithuania and “Create Lithuania” are the perfect choice.
