Motivation
Working in the tech sector and day-to-day contributing to and observing the development of new technologies made me question the part that they play in our society. How can we ensure the technologies we develop are aligned to our values; and how do we encourage and provide opportunities for the development of innovative technologies that address our most pressing challenges? These and similar questions became so prevalent in my mind that I decided to switch my career trajectory and focus on answering them. Create Lithuania provided a great opportunity for doing that and I am looking forward to helping Lithuania become a responsible, human-centric and pro-innovation tech hub in Europe.
