Motivation
Although my story is a little different from the stereotypical “Kurk Lietuvai” participant, the desire to create for Lithuania is definitely no less because of that.
Faith and love for my country led to the fact that I started and finished my studies in Lithuania. After finishing my studies, I immersed myself in work in the private sector, but although working in a large organization helped to gain professional experience, provided all the opportunities for successful development in both professional and personal fields, I did not leave the feeling that the accumulated experience could successfully contribute to solving problems in the public sector, so it was time for a change.
After all, it should not be forgotten that “humanity is formed only in a collective: one person never grows – a person raises a person” (E. Mieželaitis), therefore, I believe that the Young Professionals Program “Kurk Lietuvai” not only helps the participants of the program to grow, but also significantly contributes to achieving to solve the social problems of the Lithuanian population and affects and educates every citizen of Lithuania in different aspects. I am happy and proud that this year we will grow and create for Lithuania together!
