- 9 years in the textile industry: servicing and maintaining important customers, production planning and coordination, purchases and sales (Lithuania, Sweden)

- consultant on establishing and developing Swedish- Lithuanian business partnerships and Swedish business culture
Motivation
I’ve always wanted to add value to my homeland. Even when I lived in Sweden for 10 years, I always tried to find an opportunity to do it in one way or another. Finally, when I decided to come back to Lithuania, I was looking for a way to share and realise my knowledge and experience. I wasn’t sure which way to go.
The Create for Lithuania programme interested me a lot by offering me the opportunity not only to integrate more easily, but also to get to know and get involved in the public sector and in the improvement of the public good. I am happy to be part of this programme!
