Motivation
While still studying at the university, I started my career in the public sector – at the Bank of Lithuania and the Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists. However, the desire to try myself in the private sector was greater than to stay in the public sector – I spent the last year as a business consultant at EY. However, the emotional and logical aspect forced me to return to the public sector and join PPP “Kurk Lietuvai”. Currently, I am also an economics teacher at the National Academy of Schoolchildren, a business consultant for Junior Achievement of Lithuania, a member of City Alumni, a business consultant at the School of Social Entrepreneurship – another opportunity for PPP “Kurk Lietuvai” to contribute to the development of a better Lithuania.
Recently, while working on the improvement of the Lithuanian Contact Center, I saw an opportunity to create a tool that would not only help improve the Lithuanian business environment, but also encourage foreign small and medium–sized business investments in Lithuania. Therefore, when I learned that during the “Kurk Lietuvai” program it would be possible to implement the Contact Center development project, I filled out the participant’s questionnaire without hesitation. Therefore, I am happy to be able to contribute to the creation of the future of Lithuania with my ideas, thoughts and works. It’s an incredible opportunity that’s a lot of fun to take advantage of.
“The highest law is the welfare of men” (Cicero). These words of Cicero reflect my attitude towards life and my desire to help Lithuania and its people. I think that a better Lithuania should be the common goal of all of us, the people of the nation!
