Motivation

Business and art have always been close to my heart.

I started my career in the public sector working on cultural projects while still at university. International exchanges and internships followed. The desire to return to the private sector won out, and I spent more than six years in international business.

I was exposed to business through various activities, from organising art exhibitions to attracting investment.

However, I always wanted to come back and work here, where my family and friends live, and I knew that it was only a matter of time before I came back to Lithuania. When the time came, I started my journey home from Portugal, where I immersed myself in a 600km+ journey on foot. I was still on the road when my friend shared the information about the programme, I knew I would have to audition during my trip, but I didn’t hesitate to join. I appreciate this opportunity and I am happy to be part of an innovative and ambitious team. What makes the Create for Lithuania programme so exciting for me is that here we can directly apply our knowledge and work together with internationally experienced peers to achieve common goals and changes.

I would like to bring the experience I have gained in the UK, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Spain and Estonia to the public sector to foster creativity in the work environment and improve the country’s investment climate, while also improving the country’s image.
