Motivation

Thanks to the excellent “Create Lithuania” programme, many young people who have gained experience abroad and in Lithuania can implement good foreign practices in the Lithuanian public sector.

I grew in Lithuania. Together we grew, improved and achieved our goals. Together with Lithuania, we have tackled the problems that have arisen and sought to prevent them in the future.

Just as people are inspired by the ideas and success stories of others, Lithuania needs the Create Lithuania programme, through which I and my colleagues are inspired by the success stories of other countries and are trying to transfer them to the Lithuanian public sector.

When I found out about the opportunity to join the programme, I didn’t hesitate, as it is a great opportunity for me and Lithuania to develop together.
